Bol is the oldest coastal settlement on Brač. It exists in the solitude of the southern landscape, at the foot of the Bol crown and Vidova Mountain – the highest island peak and at the same time the highest point of all Adriatic islands (778 m).

It stretches few kilometers along the coast. The sea in front of it is crystal clear, transparent waves resemble a cut crystal. More...

In 1984, Tennis center "Potocine" in Bol had 12 tennis courts. Today this truly beautiful tennis center consists of over 20 tennis clay courts surrounded by pine trees. Many exciting finals were played on the central tennis court. More....

Hermitage of Blaca is an unique monument on Croatian coast. It was a hermitage of Glagolitic Order (Glagoljica - Croatian ancient alphabet), raised on the steep cliff.
Blaca were established by Glagolitic priests from Poljica that fled to Brac running away from the Turks. In 1552 they established monastic comunity and in 1570 they got permission to raise monastery and church. More....
